Return Policy

Return Policy for on-line purchases from this Site

 

We hope you are delighted with your Awali Stationery merchandise. If you're short of an item in your order, wrong item was received, or it is faulty or damaged, please contact us at +973 17296373 and we'll take care of things for you.

 

  • If an item doesn’t meet your needs or changed your mind for any reason and you wish to return, we will have to charge a restocking fee in addition to pick up charge, and should be reported within 7 days from date of delivery.
  • If you believe there is an item missing from your order and you are unable to find or wrong item was delivered, you will need to contact us within seven 7 days of receiving your order. Please call us at +973 17296373 Saturday to Thursday 8:30am – 6:00pm. If you contact us more than 7 days after delivery, we may be able to assist with your missing item query.
  • If you wish to cancel an entire order that was confirmed and paid, please contact us at +973 17296373 within 5 business hours, if you report cancellation after 5 business hours, we may be able to proceed.
  • We are unable to offer return on computing, IT products, Ink & Toner Cartridges, and Installed furniture. If you have received faulty or damaged item, please contact us at +973 17296373 within 24 hours of delivery and we'll fix the issue or replace if required.

 

 *Due to health and safety reasons we're unable to take back any food or drink items.

 *Returned goods should be in its original, unopened packaging with all the accessories and instructions.

 

Exchange Policy:

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for items. If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative, we suggest you return the unwanted goods to us for processing and place a new order.

Out of stock items:

If some of your items were out of stock, you will receive notification with the same and they will be delivered separately at a later date once the item is back in stock.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment, for debit/credit card payment please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
